The worse thing is the poor design creats trouble to user on usage or mainteance, the worst is the unreasonable inner design leads the user can’t put it back after open it. One accessary damage will cause whole pen lose. We made a more advantage design according above fault design. The heater and nozzle 2-in-1 plug design, the user can uninstall the fault heater and nozzle easily without send back to dealer or factory. This can save the cost of after service.

5.       Controllable tempreature design. After analysing the exsited pens on maret, we found they are fixed tempreature design, this will leads trouble to the user who tried to use differnet melting point materials. We created tempreature control function the our pen and the user can adjust the  proper tempreature according different materials.

6.       Intelligent standby function. During the user pause time or forgot switch off the power, the pen will switch to standby model automatically after 5 minitues and the heater will stop working. The heater will back to work when the user start it again. This can reduce the potential accident which caused by forgoting switch off the power.

Warning!!!

1.This device is suitable for children over 8 years old and adult use. Children should use it under the tutelage of adult.

2.The painting pen nib and the near area are dangerours high temperature area, the highest temperature can reach 230℃,do not touch the nib with hands or touch others objects with the nib.

 3.Do not block the wire loading hole with foreign body.

 4.Do not use non-official power adaptor from other company.

 5.Do not use non-official consumable material from other company.

 6.This device is precision electronic instrument, no water sprinkling.

 7.Keep at safty place after using to prevent from high falling or children touching.

Pen Structure

Operation Guide:

1.Put the power adapter AC plug into the outlet and insert the DC plug into the "power input" hole,the yellow LED turn on and the pen is started and standby.

2. Press the "wire feeding" button, the red led turn on and the pen is under preheating.After 0.5-2minutes later,the red led turn to blue, preheating finished the pen is ready to use.

3.Insert the consumptable material into the "wire loading hole" which is at the end of the pen.

another hand keep on pressing the "wire feeding" button, the material will be loaded by built-in motor.Wait there is plastic liquid come out from the nib nozzel ,the material loading is succeed.

4.Painting.(The speed controller can adjust the spray amount according the moving speed, no need to use both hands )

5.Do not touching the nozzle and heating parts during the drawing for your fasty.

6.The device will swith to standby model if stop using over 5 minutes. The "working LED" will turn off, when use again, need press the"wire feeding" button to restart.

7.When need to unloading or change the material, please repeat the step 2 and keep on pressing on "wire unloading"button.

Notice: Heating time affected by the setting tempreature and environmental tempreature.

        Must cut the material ending to smooth before loading the material

        unloading the material after each use is highly recommended.
